Welcome to the first installment of Life in Park City!

Each month I will feature a virtual tour of neighborhoods in and around Park City. For those of you who are thinking about relocating to Park City or if you just want to get to know the area these tours are for you!

Up this week is Jeremy Ranch, Pinebrook and Summit Park. Located just minutes away from Main Street Park City, these communities boast stunning views, access to an abundant trail system, and a variety of amenities all within the award winning Park City School District. Jeremy Ranch, Pinebrook, and Summit Park are all very popular Park City neighborhoods for good reason. Take a look!

Want to work with the second home market? Consider moving to these areas, named the top 10 places to buy a second home by MSNMoney.com and Escapehomes.com. The results are based on their own listings for real estate in these communities. Listings aren't sales, though, and EscapeHomes.com doesn't reflect the whole market. In fact, real estate professionals in some of these towns (Asheville, N.C., for example) say sales were never that hot, while those in others (Park City, Utah, and Sunriver, Ore.) say appreciation has slowed in recent years. With all those caveats aside, here are the Top 10 second-home investment markets: * Asheville, N.C. * Park City, Utah. * Ashland, Ore. * Port Townsend, Wash. * Beaufort, S.C. * South Lake Tahoe, Calif. * Daytona Beach, Fla. * Sunriver, Ore. * Myrtle Beach, S.C. * Charlevoix, Mich.
