Deb was recommended to us as someone who knows the Park City area real estate environment.  She certainly proved that to us.

We owned a Park City condominium.  When we engaged Deb to be our agent, she gave us advice on the best way to structure our complicated ownership arrangement for purposes of selling our condo.  We did what she suggested and it certainly made things easier when it came time to close.  She proceeded to market our condo and quite quickly found a potential buyer.  This was during the summer when selling a condo in Park City is probably not the ideal time for such a transaction.  We quickly received and we felt the offer was too restrictive.  Deb felt the same way so we reluctantly turned the offer down.  However a short time later the potential buyer’s situation changed and we received another offer from him.  We counseled with Deb as to the price and other aspects of the offer.  In my opinion she was spot on as to the amount of the counter offer we should make and the provisions of acceptance that should be included with such counter offer.  The buyer accepted the counter offer.  Deb followed through with the title company to make sure that there were no hiccups before closing.  Because she had coordinated with the title company, we were able to iron out an issue with the title company before our closing that we did not know existed.  We closed on the predetermined date, received our money and lived happily ever after. 

Deb did a great job for us and I would recommend her heartily as a real estate agent in the Park City area. She really knows her “stuff”.
